I am just so proud of Larissa. She started college wanting to be a teacher but after about a year or so, she just wasn't feeling challenged and didn't think she would enjoy teaching long-term. She decided to pursue a degree in speech pathology. She has done really well and in fact she has managed to give herself unlimited opportunities. She has so many ideas and desires. It kind of makes me jealous! She is just so matter a fact about things she wants to try and doesn't hesitate to chase her dreams. For example, she is taking this next year to work and pursue sign language. She is already so good at it and she has talked to professors, bought books, and will be getting a tutor who is deaf and can help her read sign language. Pretty cool! The other thing Larissa has always wanted to do was open her own daycare center. She absolutely LOVES children and enjoys the business behind running a well organized and caring place for parents to take there children. Plus, she wants to use her speech pathology to help children who attend instead of having them go elsewhere. All there is to say is whatever Larissa decides to do, Larissa will be great! It will be interesting to see what kind of work she decides. Can you tell I am a proud sister!?!?
Anyway, we had such a wonderful weekend with family and friends to help celebrate. Here are some pics from graduation.

After graduation, we had a party at the house with my grandparents, brother and his girlfriend, Chris, some of Larissa's friends, and some family friends. It was a really good time. Good food, good beverages, horseshoes, darts, and great company!

Some rest and relaxation on Sunday haha.
